Welcome to The Grime Reaper Cleaning Co. By scheduling or receiving any service from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Pricing and Estimates
All prices listed or quoted are estimates and may vary based on property size, condition, or specific service needs.
 Final pricing will be confirmed before the service is completed.
 Minimum service charges may apply.
2. Property Care and Liability
The Grime Reaper Cleaning Co. takes every precaution to protect your property.
 However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or any issues that may arise as a result of the cleaning process.
 We ask customers to secure pets, children, and personal belongings before and during the service.
3. Scheduling, Weather, and Cancellations
Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions or other circumstances that could affect quality or safety.
 Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
 Failure to do so may result in a $15 cancellation fee, unless otherwise agreed upon between The Grime Reaper Cleaning Co. and the client.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
 Invoices will be sent via Stripe for secure online payment.
 We also accept Cash, CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle. Please notify us ahead of your appointment if you plan to use one of these payment methods.
 If paying by cash, payment is due upon arrival on the day of service.
Late payments for monthly service plans may incur a $10 late fee if unpaid for more than 10 days, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Additional Fees
Certain items (such as tires, appliances, or large debris) may require additional disposal or handling fees. These will be discussed and confirmed prior to service.
6. Photo Documentation and Marketing
The Grime Reaper Cleaning Co. may take before-and-after photos for documentation, training, or quality purposes.
 Photos may also be used in marketing materials or social media unless the customer opts out in writing prior to service.
7. Safety and Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to all areas scheduled for cleaning.
 If we are unable to complete a service due to blocked access or unsafe conditions, a rescheduling fee may apply.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take care to deliver high-quality results, The Grime Reaper Cleaning Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that occur as a result of our services, including but not limited to surface discoloration, material wear, or failure of previously damaged areas.
9. Agreement
By booking, confirming, or paying for a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
